These cute adorable girls are mine. They are in their jammies...which is my favorite time of day! Cuddles and kisses and hugs with a story or two.

Vacation Time

The tickets have been paid for, the travel arrangements have been made. The girls are excited to go on their first plane ride! Four girls are going to Phoenix! Carol (my step-mom), Kaylee, Lizzy, and I are going to visit my brother and his wonderful girlfriend, Anzhela. We leave on the 3rd and fly back on the 7th. From what my little tiny brother says, it will be hot hot hot and I can't wait! In 11 days from now I will be sipping a margarita by the pool and relaxing! Aren't you jealous? My cousin (you know who you are) needs to get ahold of my brother to make plans to get together so our kiddies can play! Love you all!

Kyle

This weekend I went to Lusk to see my Kyle again. It was her birthday last Monday and I couldn't wait to give her a birthday hug! She looked great and her spirits were up. We talked (just the 2 of us this time) for 4 hours straight...imagine that! I thought we would end up running out of things to talk about, but not this time! I filled her in on the family gossip (she knows almost all of you) and she sends her love to you all. She passed her GED on Monday (said it was her birthday present to herself) and is in a computer class and goes to NA and AA every week. She's still going to church (still angry but sticking with it at least) and is putting in for a reduction in her sentence. If it's passed, she may be going to the program in Cheyenne NEXT MONTH! She's made big progress in her life, and I couldn't be more proud! She doesn't have the anger in her eyes like she used to, and her laugh is the best sound I have heard in a very long time. We talked about the old days when we could work all night and then drive to Buffalo to see my mom and Leo. We also talked about throwing the rock (or should I say BOULDER) over South Pass Lookout. I haven't laughed like that in months! I plan to go back next month to see her and I am counting down the days already!

Lol or lol

My brain hurts. Know why? Then let me tell you! I have noticed that a favorite saying on blogs is "lol" a.k.a. laugh out loud. As some of you know, my nick-name is Lolly, or Lol for short (some of my aunties like to shorten it). Try reading a blog with a nick-name like mine. Do they mean lol as in laugh out loud, or Lol as in Lolly? Can you really tell sometimes? I, personally, have spent a lot of time trying to differ between the two. It gets confusing! For instance: "I love you lol" could mean "I love you laugh out loud" or "I love you Lolly." Go ahead. Try it. I dare you. lol.
